FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

Event planning can be overwhelming, we get it.  So many questions, so little time!  Here are some of our most commonly asked questions, but we’re here to help, so don’t hesitate to contact us to chat about any questions or concerns you don’t find here.

 

Q:  I already hired a Professional Photographer, why do I need a Photo Booth?

A:  Many Photographers do a wonderful job capturing your wedding day memories, a Photo Booth helps with the entertainment of your guests during the event by taking photos in a fun candid way with the Props. It compliments your Photographer’s work and adds to the fun for your Guests.

Q:  How much space will we need? 
A:  We generally need a 10′ x 10′ space to accommodate the booth, background and tables for the props and need access to a single outlet for power.

Q:  Does the hourly rate include set up time?

A:  The Hourly Rate includes hours of operation. So, if you would like the Photo Booth to start at 8PM, it will end at 11pm. Set up time is not included in the Hourly Rate.

Q:  How much time will be needed for setup?

A:  For the packages that include prints/backdrop/props we like to give ourselves at least 45 minutes to set up, preferably an hour.

Q:  Is there a deposit required to reserve an event date?

A:  We require a 50% non-refundable deposit along with a signed rental agreement to reserve the date. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event.

Q:  Can we bring our own props?

A:  Sure! We love it when clients mix it up and provide their own custom props. The only disclaimer is that due to the high traffic of the booth we cannot guarantee the safe return of any props you provide for the event. We routinely have props walk off or get damaged during events and we would advise against using anything of value as a prop. The bottom line is: if you’re not prepared for it to get damaged or lost, it’s probably better to not risk using it as a prop.

Q:  Can I customize my logo or text on the strips?

A:  Of course! Let us know what designs you want at the time you schedule, and we can make that happen for you!

Q:  Will I get a copy of all of the digital files?

A:  Yes! You will receive all the digital files on a thumb drive.

Q:  Is there a time limit on how long to rent the booth?

A:  You can rent the booth anywhere from 3 hours on up. It’s not uncommon for rentals to last nearly a full day for certain events.

Q:  Will my guests be able to see all the pictures from the event?

A:  Yes, at the end of the event we will upload all pictures onto our photo sharing web site. All guest will be able to download all images from the entire celebration and post to social media.
